The Business Development Manager will develop relationships within target customer to penetrate organization and open doors to new business opportunities in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pursuing business to ensure competitive take-away, market share growth and prime strategic positioning for future business successes, with a broad focus on our Regional as well as Global capabilities and services.

Nature of Duties
Develop new customers and grow existing customers for Sanmina’s Regional and Global Business Units.

Aggressively attacking business to ensure competitive take-away, market share growth and prime strategic positioning for future business successes.

Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenues targets set.

Identify, qualify and close new business in line with set quotas and engage appropriate resources from cross-functional teams to ensure successful business execution.

Vi är inne i en kraftig och spännande expansion där vi nu söker nya medarbetare. Först och främst söker vi en resultatdriven fältsäljare med ansvar för vår avdelning POWER. Den innefattar automatsäkringar, termostater samt lindade komponenter. Då störst fokus ligger på automatsäkringar, dvärgbrytare, kontaktorer m.m. så är erfarenhet inom elinstallationsbranschen en merit.

The focus of our department is on product development, embedded systems, and telecommunications. We operate both on-site and run in-house projects where we realize ideas of products to production, with all the phases in between. The team brings a wide range of expertise, from software to hardware to telecom. We are always looking for new engaged colleagues to join our team.

You get to be involved in the entire process from specification discussions to the delivery of circuits for production. We work in teams with a focus on the customer’s needs and design circuits that give our customers the competitive advantage they need to be world leaders in their field. The development work involves meetings with the customer’s design team, as our ASICs are usually part of a larger and complex system.
You need documented experience in Analog and Mixed signal ASIC development. Good knowledge of construction at the transistor level and an understanding of semiconductor physics are also needed, as well as construction experience of analog circuits, such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, voltage regulators, A/D and D/A converters. Experience working with schematics and simulation tools. Knowledge in the layout of integrated circuits is advantageous.

As a test engineer with us, you are involved in the verification of new ASICs and development of production test solutions for volume production. You will work closely with the developers who design new circuits but also work closely with production. In production there is equipment for component handling in volume production, also equipment for disc testing. We are currently modernizing our test platform and continuing that process will be an important part of your work.
We are looking for you who have documented experience in test development. Experience in analog and mixed-signal ASIC test development is advantageous. You should have good knowledge of electronics, programming, statistics and measurement data analysis. Experience in component test and board test is desirable. Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics and analog integrated circuits is an advantage.
The position requires good ability to communicate in Swedish and English in speech and writing.

You will work with design, construction and testing of both analog and digital circuits for various applications and be involved in the entire design process from identifying the needs and creating design specifications to verifying the circuits.
You get support from more experienced colleagues and the tools needed to succeed in the role.
We are looking for you who have;
– Master’s degree in engineering in, for example, technical physics and electrical engineering, computer technology with a specialization in electronic design or equivalent.
– Previous experience with ASIC design, for example from studies
– Good understanding of basic electronics design
– Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
As a person, you are curious, driven and able to work independently. You have good analytical skills while being a team player. To succeed in the role, you have a genuine interest in technology and electronics and want to develop and become a full-fledged ASIC designer!

You will mainly work with developing applications in LabVIEW, further developing our product QMAX (our test software and control system for HW R&D) and establish QMAX in customer applications. The role also involves development and design of hardware solutions for test, measurement and logging applications. You will work with companies from many different industries together with colleagues from QESTIT. You will be responsible for all stages of the development process and software development.

Product development, business development and project management will be important parts of your work as well.

You will work inhouse at our office, remote or on-site at customers depending on the project and tasks. Trips to customers in Sweden or abroad may also occur.

We are looking for a person with experience programming in LabVIEW, experience in test- and measurement systems and someone who wants to be involved in leading the development of test and quality assurance forward!

Vi söker dig som är svarvare med flerårig vana vid styrda maskiner. Du är van vid tillverkning av detaljer med höga krav på toleranser och finish.

Maskinerna som vi behöver öka bemanningen i är en Okuma Multus U3000 och en Mori Seiki MT2000. Maskinerna har Subspindel, nedre revolver och B-axel.

Arbetsuppgifterna består av att rigga, provköra och kontrollera detaljerna som skall produceras och sedan producera det antal som vi har order på. Som projektledare har Du ansvar för något eller några av våra kundprojekt där vi hjälper till att utveckla nya produkter. Produkterna är huvudsakligen medicinska utrustningar och kvalificerade industriella produkter. Du kommunicerar tekniska och affärsmässiga frågor med kunden samt planerar, driver och följer upp arbetet i projektet. We are looking for a Senior Embedded Engineer to join our team within Battery Test and Measurement.

WireFlow is in a growth phase where the development opportunities are great for you who are curious and have a great interest in technology and innovation. You are good at taking your own initiative, want to deliver high-quality solutions and are used to taking a lot of responsibility in a project. It is easy for you to adapt to new situations as it is a varied work in hardware and software and you will be active in different projects.

You will primarily be working in-house creating complete testing solutions, testing platforms, test software solutions and/or result management software. Our team is responsible for all stages of the design and development process including the purchasing of equipment, product assembly and software development. The majority of software development is completed in LabVIEW for both embedded and non-embedded systems. We also create software in .Net Core, SSMS and HTML script. Travelling to customer sites to install machines and verify their installation may also be required. Both in Sweden and Europe.

Continuous development is essential and you will be expected to locate new opportunities for our customers or for QESTIT to develop new products. You will also be expected to develop or suggest improvements to existing products.

We are interested in test engineering professionals who have several years of experience in the testing or product development environment.

You will primarily be working in-house creating complete testing solutions. Our team is responsible for all stages of the design and development process including the purchasing of equipment, product assembly and software development. The majority of software development is completed in LabVIEW for both embedded and non-embedded systems. Travelling to customer sites to install machines and verify their installation may also be required. This will involve travelling around Sweden and international travel to other parts of Europe.

We are interested in test engineering professionals who have several years of experience or university graduates who have just started their career.

Either with:
– Several years of experience in the testing software segment or the LabVIEW coding environment
– A degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or similar Engineering fields
